The countdown started this morning for the Blue Way Hackathon 2024, a 36-hour challenge for students and researchers to propose new services or products in the blue economy sector, contributing to ecological and social sustainability.

Hosted by radio speaker Marco Ardemagni, the 43 participants were introduced to the event with a session that was both technical and inspirational, held in the Sala Azzurra of the Università Politecnica delle Marche. The European project Reginna 4.0 and the iNEST project were presented as co-financiers of the event.

This afternoon and tomorrow, the young participants will take the lead, working on designing the future of the Blue Economy with their ideas and proposals.
