Reginna 4.0 expands horizons and promotes collaboration between universities (UEA and PNU). On November 23–25, 2023, the representatives of the Reginna 4.0 project had the opportunity to spread and implement innovations within the Sync the City event in Norwich, England. Joint efforts and fruitful work helped to achieve the set goal and won victory for one of the teams. This short time became an opportunity to work in various fields, from marketing to software development, from an idea to its implementation. It is hoped that the collaboration between UEA and PNU will help spread the initiatives to more communities.
